Weapons and Armor (Again)

I just read Hi/Lo Heroes -- it looks OK. What specifically does TL mean? I realize it's Level, but why TL?
ReplyDeleteI think the game would be great for a SuperScience and Sorcery kind of game, and for Underground, which is my alltime favorite Supers game.
TL is short for Training Level. Each character, by RaW, have a power that they are considered to be training in. Once they get enough doubles they can take it as a regular Power. This is a shorthand note for me to know how many times this has happened. Since 'Powers' are the bread and butter of HiLo, IMHO, I think it should make a nice balancing stat. Or, at least, somewhere to start.
ReplyDeleteI want to do a Lockup or such setting. I think Lockup was the name of the game. Anyway, a game where non-supers, but with tech, are out to capture all supers in the world....
Hope I covered the question.
